is how one of the band members describes Swan Island. They sound like an 80's band that with influences by Patty Smyth (from Scandal) & early Go-Gos (or Rush as my comrade so bizarrely stated).I'm listening to their album, "The Centre Will Hold". Track #2 "Nightowl" is a good one.
