Bummer Thursday

The intense and royal funk that seized me today caught me completely off guard. I don't think I performed one task that was either productive or significant. I just could not summon the...ability to do anything that I "should" have.

I listened to david sedaris complaining about living in Paris today and thought of you and smiled. He commented that he'd never been in the Louvre, even though he'd lived in Paris for over a year at that point - becuase WHY go in the only place in Paris where you *can't* smoke?

No, your voice is a couple octaves lower, but the humor and attitude are the same. God, I wish I got to see you every day.
